The total amount you have to pay for your booking includes the cost of the accommodation, the Wifi service, the cost of utilities and the cost of local taxes. All costs will be broken down in the booking process.

Other taxes:

In some destinations, you may also have to pay other taxes on your booking, which can be of 2 types:

• Value Added Tax (VAT) for customers residing in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and South Africa. In this case, 21% Spanish VAT will be added to the total Guest Commission fee.
• Local Taxes: Based on the location of the guest’s listing, local taxes may be required to be paid. In this case, the host will inform you at check-out about these taxes. Be mate will not be responsible for charging these amounts, taxes will have to be paid at the destination and not through our platform.

In some cities, travellers must pay the tourist tax, which is a local tax to be paid at the destination, upon arrival or departure from the flat.

Once the booking request is confirmed, the full price of the booking is charged depending on the conditions of the booked rate.

Booking requests are confirmed once the host accepts them. Immediate bookings are confirmed immediately.

You can pay with all major credit cards and prepaid credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB. Many debit cards can be processed as credit.
