    We have a wide selection of apartments all over the world. If we do not have any apartments in our portfolio in the destination you are traveling to, we will carry out a personalized search adapted to your needs. You can stay with Be Mate Corporate in any national or international destination.

    If you want to confirm one or more proposals sent by Be Mate Corporate, just reply to the proposal sending email. We will proceed to check the availability at the time of booking and notify you requesting the necessary data to make the corresponding contract.

    In case the chosen apartment is no longer available at the time of confirmation, Be Mate Corporate will carry out a new search with available apartments that meet your needs.

    Request a stay through the form indicating your needs and accommodation preferences (check-in date, check-out date, number of guests, location…). We will select the available apartments that best fit your request and send you different proposals by email.

    In the proposals we will indicate you the exclusive and negotiated rate for your stay and for each apartment. The rates include accommodation, utilities, wifi service and applicable taxes. In addition, all stays longer than 15 nights will include a weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels.

    Of course, for each confirmed reservation you will receive the corresponding invoice in the name of your company.

    In most cases, it will not be necessary to pay a deposit. If it is necessary, it will be specified in the proposals sent.

    The cancellation policy applicable to the stay and apartment offered will always be specified in the corresponding section of each Quotation file and, where applicable, in the booking confirmation email.
