TERMS AND CONDITIONS BE MATE GIFT CAR

 1. Purpose of the Gift Card

  1. The Be Mate Gift Card is a voucher that allows its holder or beneficiary to enjoy a stay at any of the Be Mate establishments listed in this document (under the established conditions)

2. Purchase and Validity

  • The gift card must be purchased and paid for in advance by the customer.
  • It is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase to make the corresponding reservation.
  • After the validity period, the card will expire and will not be refundable.

3. Destinations and Rates

The gift cards can be used in the following destinations under the indicated rates:

MADRID, BARCELONA, MÁLAGA, AND TURIN

  • 1 night: €135
  • 2 nights: €240

ROME AND MILAN

  • 1 night: €195
  • 2 nights: €350

4. Terms of Use

  • The gift card offers a flexible rate with no free cancellation; however, date changes are allowed subject to availability.
  • Extra person supplement: €50 per person.

5. Booking Procedur

  • To redeem the gift card and make a reservation, the beneficiary must contact the Corporate team via email at [email protected].
  • Reservations are subject to availability at the time of request.

6. Restrictions and Exclusions

  • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cancellations are not accepted once the reservation is confirmed, although date modifications are possible.
  • Be Mate reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice while always ensuring the customer’s rights at the time of purchase.
