• In those flats that do not have a reception, an assistant will contact you before your arrival and will inform you of everything you need to know.

• In the case of our complete apartment buildings, you can go directly to reception.
  For greater convenience, you can check in online via our mobile app. You will also find information about the flat, access to our menu of plans and services and tourist information about the city.

We have a 24-hour service to cover all our customers’ needs.

Check-in time is from 15.00h and check-out time is from 11.00h.

Be Mate offers a free weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels.

The request for extra cleaning for stays of less than 6 nights, involves an extra cost that varies according to building and flat category.

The use of the sofa bed has an extra cost of 20€ + taxes in all Be Mate buildings.
This cost will be per week and only related to bookings of 2 people who do not want to share a bed.
If the booking has been made in a flat with a sofa bed, there are Be Mate Blasco de Garay (Madrid), Paseo de Gracia (Barcelona) and Torino Centro (Turin) offer a coworking space which can be enjoyed free of charge if you are staying in the building. In case the booking is for 3 persons from the beginning, i.e. you have paid in booking for a stay for 3 persons and the price specifies that the booking is for 3 persons, no extra will be charged.
